PREDICTIVE & PROACTIVE MAINTENANCE PROGRAMS
Our Predictive and Proactive Maintenance (PdM) Programs are utilized by our customer’s services to fill all of their PdM, RBM (Reliability Based Maintenance), or RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance) Program requirements. This can be as simple as supplying a Vibration Specialist to collect your vibration data or as complex as having an Engineer perform Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) of your machinery. We can conduct the entire PdM Program for you by assessing your machines and writing the entire database, including analysis parameters and vibration limit specs, as well as collecting and analyzing the data with an engineering report diagnosing possible problems and recommending maintenance. We also provide Proactive Maintenance services such as laser alignment and precision balancing.
