Dynamic Balancing – “Did you really want to know this much!”
Led by Ron Newman, PRUFTECHNIK, Canada
Unbalance has long been recognized as one of the leading causes of vibration in rotating machines. Under ideal conditions, field balancing is a correction method that is well understood and practiced, however under difficult conditions it can quickly become a major headache. Increasing our understanding of dynamic balancing, particularly in the area(s) of quality grades, recognizing the types of rotor unbalance, resonance vs. critical speed, rigid vs. flexible rotors, and the pre-balancing inspection, will go a long way in helping resolve that problem balancing job!
Register for this FREE web workshop to learn:
1) A better comprehension of the ISO Balancing Quality Grades
2) An understanding of the importance of the pre-balancing inspection
3) Calculation(s) for effective Trial Weight selection
If you cannot attend - register so that you can get the link to the recorded presentation available on demand shortly after the live event.
