About the RCM2 Introductory Class:
This course provides a comprehensive introduction to RCM2 and its principles. It is intended for those wishing to gain a better understanding of how RCM2 can be applied to secure optimum performance from any physical asset in terms of safety, environmental integrity, output, product quality and customer service. This Introductory Course walks participants through the RCM2 process and how it can be applied in the development of sensible and defensible asset care programs. The content of this RCM2 Introductory Course can be readily assimilated by maintenance and operations people at all levels. The course applies best practices to answering the seven questions of RCM2 using a case study approach. The group explores the steps, application and implementation of an RCM2 analysis to ensure that the desired benefits are attained.
