Root Cause Failure Analysis Web Workshop Case Study

Join Jack Nicholas Jr., PE co-author of Root Cause Failure Analysis for a 12 part Reliability Roadmap Web Workshop during 2009.

Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) has an important place in a complete maintenance program. Root Cause Failure Analysis provides the ability to identify and eliminate preventable root causes of failures.

It can be used in a wide variety of situations and like Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) there are a wide variety of technique variations.

This workshop is designed to deliver a full day and half workshop over the course of 12 months however each session includes stand alone learning. By signing up - participants will also have access to recorded archives when circumstances prevent attending the scheduled workshop.

The optional Root Cause Failure Analysis Course book is recommended to enhance learning and is available at the MRO-Zone bookstore here

There is NO FEE for participating in the Reliability Roadmap Web Workshops and our new Voice over IP (VoIP) system allows you to listen through your computer speakers of headphones. Standard Telephone Dial in options are also available in the USA/Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand.
