Apollo Associated Services to Host Root Cause Analysis Symposium

Root cause analysis users can help achieve business objectives and improve RCA programs by building knowledge and skills at the Apollo Root Cause Analysis Symposium, September 16-17, 2010 in Indianapolis.  Apollo RCA experts and practitioners from a wide range of industries and disciplines will present and share best practices.  A two-day Apollo RCA for Practitioners course will be held prior to the symposium, September 14-15.
