Life Cycle Institute Launches New Course on Leading Organizational Change
CHARLESTON, SC,—September 14, 2009—The Life Cycle Institute is now accepting registrations for its newest course: Leading Organizational Change (LOC). This course is designed for managers engaged in process improvement initiatives.
“Our Leading Organizational Change course will provide leaders with the knowledge and skills necessary to help their organizations move from a reactive to proactive culture,” explains Bill Wilder, Director of the Life Cycle Institute. “Participants will learn both the underlying theory and real world application of creating the systems, measures, behaviors and interdepartmental collaboration needed to successfully facilitate this type of change.”
In the three-day course, high impact learning techniques will be used to explore the critical areas of rational, political, and emotional thought. Individuals will learn how to effectively use communication to get people to embrace change while avoiding the “flavor of the month” syndrome. Click here to review the course’s learning objectives.
The first course is scheduled to take place October 6-8, 2009, at the Life Cycle Institute’s state-of-the-art training facilities in Charleston, SC. Class size is limited in order to maximize the value to each participant. To register, visit www.LCE.com
