DPSI, a leading developer of EAM software, is pleased to announce the release of iMaint® 3.5, the latest update to the award-winning Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software. Customers use iMaint to manage maintenance operations for manufacturing plants, facilities and vehicle fleets in a wide range of industries.
Many new features enhance this user-friendly version of iMaint, including Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) as an additional order method for parts, an interactive asset tree, and many time-saving utilities. Version 3.5 also introduces the new add-on module, iMaint Dashboard, which provides current information on the most vital parts of any maintenance operation and provides data for more informed decisions.
Easy-to-Use Add-On Module
The iMaint Dashboard was designed to allow users to display dynamic charts, graphs or gauges on a single screen, without running a report. Values are refreshed based on user-defined frequency, allowing for near real-time updates. Pre-defined formats are included for ease of use. This module opens in iMaint and uses the existing iMaint infrastructure such as security, views and the lingual changing system.
Real-World Example: Work Order Dashboard
When you have many work orders - planned and unplanned - that are open, you need to stay on top of the status of the work. The pre-defined Work Order Status Dashboard has three components that will keep you informed. By combining the Work Order Completion Percentage Gauge, the Work Order Completion Percentage Pie and the Work Order by Status Pie, you can quickly see the completion amount and status of assigned work orders throughout the day.
The iMaint Dashboard eliminates the need for multiple reports and time away from your desk to acquire updates on work performed.
