TPC Training Systems Updates the Maintenance Management for First-Line Supervisors Training Series
Managers constantly need to acquire new sets of skills to perform well. This is the reasoning behind TPC’s Maintenance Management (http://www.tpctraining.com/c-256-series-900-maintenance-management.aspx) for First-Line Supervisor’s Series. By gaining strong supervisory skills early on, new supervisors will have a head start on building the confidence they need to supervise and motivate their crews.
This series now features seven courses to prepare supervisors for the unique challenges they face on the job. The series begins by explaining the managerial structure of companies. It then describes the critical importance of day-to-day tasks, such as motivating the crew, completing paperwork, and overseeing training.
The seven courses in the series are Maintenance Organization, Implementing Preventative Maintenance, Controlling Maintenance Resources, Improving Performance in Maintenance, Effective Communication for Supervisors, Employee Relations, and Managing a Training Program.
With updated text, new photos, and new illustrations, the new Maintenance Management series will give supervisors the tools they need to build and maintain their crews’ confidence.
