March 17, 2010
Protecting the headspace of industrial reservoirs is an important part of a comprehensive approach to machine and lubricant cleanliness. Additionally, desiccant breathers can be used as an additional tool to identify problems within your machine before larger failures occur. They can point to water coming from other parts of the machine, indicate excessive oil misting, or show that new oil may have more moisture than anticipated.
