Who needs to help write maintenance procedures?

A collaborative, structured team composed of managers, technicians, and operators, emphasizing safety, best practices, and the value-added focus makes communicating expectations easier throughout a facility. Implementation is then looked upon as a positive development when individuals participate in the development of the procedures. Shifting organizational thinking regarding electrical safety and equipment reliability is an ambitious goal. Remember the long-term viability of such endeavors becomes the responsibility of the employees implementing the program.
