Attend this webinar to learn
how to revolutionize your current Reliability thinking, strategy
and initiatives to reach the next plateau – Lean Reliability.
Lean thinking has been widely
adopted in manufacturing operations. Now, it’s time to apply
traditional Lean principles to the equipment reliability process
- focusing on waste reduction as well as continuous improvement
processes to address the 7 losses of production. Applying Lean
thinking to the reliability area requires that we bring together
Maintenance and Operations personnel to achieve operational
excellence through:
-
Production efficiency
-
Reducing manufacturing
costs
-
Ensuring a safe
environment
-
Ensuring environmental
performance
-
Ensuring product quality
In this webinar you will
learn how to:
-
Eliminate waste in the
form of non-value added work tasks by building technically
sound Asset Reliability Programs.
-
Eliminate the waste
associated with collecting inspection data that is never
used by moving to automated data management capabilities
that collect and manage asset condition data automatically.
-
Apply concepts of kaizen
and six sigma to the maintenance process
-
Work with operations to
continuously improve your capability to detect and prevent
asset failures
-
Team up with operations
to achieve an understanding of asset health
-
Improve your personal
work environment - less fire fighting, and increased job
security
-
Set targets for
improvements and measure your progress with KPIs
Attend this webinar to reach
a whole new level of reliability – Lean Reliability. Leverage a
sense of shared ownership in Lean Reliability to achieve
breakthrough performance.
